Service Description
This class focuses on helping young athletes develop appropriate strength training technique associated with both general mobility as well as lifting form. This class does not guarantee the use of heavy weights since its focus is to develop the athlete to become ready for the use of heavy weights without the athlete getting injured.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and rescheduling are permitted up to 6 hours before the scheduled practice. If adjustments are required after this period, please contact Utah Pole Vault Academy directly for assistance with cancellations. It is important to note that late cancellations or rescheduling may lead to vacant practice spots that could otherwise have been utilized by fellow athletes. To uphold fairness and considerate use of our resources, a penalty fee of $25 will be applied for cancellations and rescheduling made less than 6 hours before the scheduled practice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a conducive training environment for all our athletes.
