& a current USATF Membership

All athletes must have a KOJO Sports Training Complex membership with accompanying liability waiver to participate in any club activities. Monthly and other training memberships are sold only the last and first week of the month.

Schedule a beginner 1-on-1 intro session for athletes brand new to the pole vault who will learn the basic fundamentals of Pole Vault before joining our Beginner/Intermediate athletes for a regular practice

Strength & Conditioning training carefully designed by experts for the needs of pole vaulters seeking to obtain maximum results in alignment with each seasons (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall) training needs.

Workouts are self paced and done on your own. This program helps athletes understand how to layout their training plan each month and know what to do to make the physical gains they are seeking.
