Service Description

This is great for newer athletes who are just learning to develop proper running form as well as seasoned athletes trying to improve their sprint mechanics. This specialty clinic will develop the athlete through building proper running form from a focus on posture, foot cycle positioning, arm positioning, and building strength. Athletes will learn what to look for in good running form and how to analyze their running through drills and video.
